Švenčionių City Park is the central public green space beside Laisvės Square. Mature deciduous trees, lawn, flower beds, paths and benches make it a place to step away from the streets, meet someone or simply walk slowly through town.

The neighbouring buildings are not the park
The park stands beside Nalšios Museum and the Švenčionys Cultural Centre, so several places can merge in a photograph or itinerary. Museum exhibitions, cultural-centre programmes and their addresses belong to separate venues. The park is the public green space between them.
Keeping the places separate also helps with time planning: the park can be visited as free public space, while the museum and events follow their own rules. A tent or stage on one day does not mean that the park has a permanent exhibition or ticketed entrance.

The park is free and has no separate fixed opening schedule. Event days may bring temporary fencing, traffic changes or trading rules, so follow signs on site and the instructions of event organisers.
