A three-bridge setting
Santaka has a group of three bridges. Two railway bridges stand close together across the Neris: the old nineteenth-century bridge, used only by pedestrians for more than three decades, and the newer bridge carrying daily trains between Vilnius and Turmantas.
The suspended footbridge crosses the Žeimena immediately nearby. It is not a railway bridge, so do not confuse it with the metal railway truss in photographs or on site, and never climb onto railway infrastructure.
The structure over the Žeimena
The crossing is a suspended pedestrian structure with a metal surface. The map point is calculated from the middle of the whole bridge, so it marks the crossing rather than one bank or the nearby railway stop.

Safe and responsible visiting
This is a local crossing rather than a ticketed attraction with set opening hours. After rain, bank paths may be muddy and the metal surface slippery. Do not step onto the structure if you see damage or warnings.
The footbridge is on Žeimenos Street in Družiliai village, Magūnai Eldership. A dedicated car park and toilets are not available as guaranteed facilities, so arrive only by public approaches, keep children close, and never cross railway tracks in an unauthorised place.
