Rėkyva Park: where to look for it

Rėkyva Park is at Poilsio Street 5, Rėkyva, Šiauliai, 79229, beside Rėkyvos Lake. The coordinate marks a representative park point, so it is not necessarily the only entrance, the whole boundary, or guaranteed parking.

Use the park and public-space surroundings for orientation rather than relying on one map point. Different path sections may begin elsewhere, and the shore, settlement, and park boundary are separate features.

Green space, paths, and the Rėkyva view

The park is primarily an outdoor walking place: trees, grass, park edges, and path directions create a short Rėkyva stop. It combines naturally with a separate visit to Rėkyvos Lake, whose beach and swimming facilities are distinct visitor places.

Low shrubs on the eastern shore of Rėkyvos Lake were cleared and mown to open a view and resting place by the water. Maintenance work can change the appearance of the park edges, so assess current conditions on site.

Path conditions and improvement work

Path and relief improvements were planned by Rėkyvos Lake because some sections were uncomfortable or in poor condition. Until completion is confirmed, do not assume that the whole route has been built to the same standard.

Expect a public space that can change: one section may be easier, while another can be wet, uneven, or temporarily under work. Check newer municipal information and local signs before relying on a particular path or facility.

Rėkyva Park and two other Rėkyva places

Rėkyva has a separate Cultural Centre Park around Energetikų Street 7 as well as this Rėkyva Park. They are different places, so events or infrastructure at the cultural-centre grounds should not be assigned to the Poilsio Street 5 park.

Rėkyvos Lake is likewise a separate waterbody. The park can give access to the landscape, but lake size, beach, swimming conditions, and waterside facilities should be checked through the specific lakeshore information.

Practical visiting notes

There is no indicated ticket or cash desk, and ordinary walking does not require a reservation. Events, seasonal works, weather, and local conditions can temporarily change access.

A maintained children's playground, sandboxes, and a bench are nearby, but these features do not show the surface condition of the whole park. If level ground, a wheelchair route, or a particular facility matters, check its location and condition before travelling; assess wet sections especially after rain.
